Payment Processing

Payments are processed through iCount, an authorized and secure payment service provider. iCount complies with PCI-DSS security standards. We only receive confirmation of successful payment and the last 4 digits of your card - we do not store or see your full card number. Google Integrations

With your explicit consent, we connect to the following Google services: • Google Search Console - to view your search performance and website data in Google Search • Google Analytics - to view traffic, visitor, and demographic data • Google Ads - to view campaign performance and advertising data • Google Business Profile - to view reviews, posts, and business information We access this data in read-only mode and display it in your dashboard. We do not modify, delete, or share this data with third parties. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Disconnecting will delete stored tokens and stop data access. You can also revoke access directly at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions

Facebook (Meta) Integrations

With your explicit consent, we connect to the following Facebook/Meta services: • Facebook Ads / Meta Ads - to view campaign data, costs, results, and ROI of your Facebook and Instagram advertising We access this data in read-only mode and display it in your dashboard. We do not modify, delete, or share this data with third parties. Our use of information received from Meta APIs adheres to the Meta Platform Terms and Facebook Developer Policies. Information we store: • Encrypted Access Token for accessing your ad account • The ad account ID you selected • Campaign performance data (spend, impressions, clicks, conversions) Data Deletion: • You can disconnect at any time through Settings > Integrations - this will delete all stored tokens and data • You can also revoke access through Facebook Settings: Settings > Apps and Websites • For manual deletion requests, contact us at privacy@insytix.co

Data Retention

Your account information is retained as long as your account is active. After cancellation: • Account data is deleted within 30 days • Payment data is retained for 7 years (legal requirement) • Backups are deleted within 90 days • You may request early deletion of information not required by law
