Welcome to Insytix. These terms of service govern your use of our website and services. Using the service constitutes acceptance of these terms. Please read them carefully.

Service Description

Insytix provides a data analytics and tracking system for websites and online stores. The service includes lead tracking, sales analysis, real-time alerts, performance reports, and advanced analytics tools.

Integrations and External Service Connections

The service allows connection to external services for data enrichment: • Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Business Profile - Use of Google services is subject to Google's Terms of Service (https://policies.google.com/terms) and their API policies. • WooCommerce, Konimbo, E-Shop - Connection to online stores for order synchronization. • iCount - Payment processing. Connection to any external service is made only with your explicit consent. You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to use data from connected services.

Registration and Account

To use the service, you must create an account with accurate and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Free Trial Period

New users are entitled to a 14-day free trial period. During the trial, you will have full access to all features of your selected plan. At the end of the trial period, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends. No payment will be charged during the trial period.

Plans and Pricing

We offer several plans:\n\n• Starter Plan (Regular website) - $49/month or $468/year ($39/month)\n• WooCommerce Plan (Online store) - $99/month or $948/year ($79/month)\n• Agency Plan 2-7 sites - $149/month or $1,428/year ($119/month)\n• Agency Plan 8-15 sites - $249/month or $2,388/year ($199/month)\n• Agency Plan 16-30 sites - $399/month or $3,828/year ($319/month)\n\nPrices do not include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to update prices with 30 days prior notice.

Price Changes

Insytix reserves the right to modify service pricing from time to time, based on changes in operating costs, development, maintenance, and market conditions. Price changes will apply only to new subscriptions and renewals of existing subscriptions. Active subscribers who signed up before a price update will continue to pay their original price as long as their subscription remains continuous and uninterrupted. Notice of price changes will be sent 30 days in advance via email.

Payment and Billing

Payment is processed via credit card through the secure iCount payment system. Billing occurs in advance for the selected period (monthly/yearly). Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled by you. A tax invoice will be sent to your email after each charge.

Auto-Renewal

Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly). A reminder email will be sent 7 days before the renewal date. Your credit card will be automatically charged at your current subscription rate.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you can continue using the service until that date. No refunds will be provided for already paid periods, except in exceptional cases at our discretion.

Refund Policy

For annual subscriptions, a pro-rated refund may be requested within 14 days of initial purchase if you are not satisfied with the service. After 14 days, no refunds will be provided, but you may continue using the service until the end of the paid period. Monthly subscriptions are not eligible for refunds.

Plan Upgrades and Downgrades

You may upgrade your plan at any time, and the change takes effect immediately. The difference will be calculated pro-rata. Plan downgrades take effect at the beginning of the next billing period.

Permitted Use

Use of the service is permitted for legal purposes only. You may not use the service to collect information without consent, send spam, overload servers, or engage in any activity that violates the law or harms other users.

Intellectual Property

All rights in the service, including design, code, algorithms, and content, belong to Insytix. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or make commercial use of any part of the service without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "AS IS". We do not guarantee continuous availability or specific results. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the last 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes to Service and Terms

We may update the service and these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on the website and sent via email 30 days in advance. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute shall be adjudicated in the competent courts of the Tel Aviv-Jaffa district.
