E-commerce tracking in Insytix goes beyond "how many visitors" — it tracks orders, abandoned carts, revenue, products sold, and traffic sources per purchase. The system supports WooCommerce, Konimbo, E-Shop, and Wix Store. This guide explains how to enable commerce tracking, what you'll see in the dashboard, and how to use data to improve sales.

Enable commerce tracking

Three steps: (1) **Embed** — connect WordPress/Wix or paste tf.js, (2) in the Insytix dashboard set correct site type — WooCommerce, Konimbo, eShop, or Wix Store, (3) for Konimbo — connect Webhook under **Features** for full accuracy. Without commerce site type, you only get visitor and lead tracking. After setup, the dashboard shows order, revenue, and abandoned cart cards.

  • Embed: WordPress/Wix/tf.js
  • Set commerce site type
  • Webhook for Konimbo (recommended)
  • Verify with test order

Real-time order tracking

Every order recorded on the platform is sent to Insytix: WooCommerce via Insytix plugin, Konimbo via tf.js + Webhook, E-Shop via integration, Wix Store via Wix connect. The order appears in Orders tab with order number, date, amount in shekels, products, status, and arrival source (UTM, Google Ads gclid, Facebook). No 24-hour wait like Google Analytics.

Abandoned carts

Insytix detects visitors who added products to cart, reached checkout, but didn't complete. The cart appears in the dashboard with products, estimated amount, customer details (if entered), and traffic source. One of the most important Israeli e-commerce metrics — many abandon at payment due to shipping cost or trust. Enable push on abandoned cart and follow up.

Revenue and commerce metrics

The dashboard shows: total revenue per period, order count, average order value (AOV), abandoned carts, and conversion rate (visitors → buyers). For WooCommerce — leads alongside orders (pre-purchase inquiries). Compare periods: did Passover sale beat the previous one? Data in Hebrew and shekels.

Traffic sources for purchases

Every order carries utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, and gclid. Know that Facebook campaign "summer sale" brought 80 orders at ₪45,000, while Google brought 30 at ₪22,000. Add UTM to every campaign link. Insytix also identifies paid conversions from Google Ads and Facebook Ads when connected from the dashboard.

Push alerts for commerce

Enable push on new order and abandoned cart. A store owner running evening Facebook campaigns gets push on every sale in real time. Abandoned cart at ₪1,200 — chance to send a coupon or WhatsApp. Alerts include amount and order number — enough to celebrate or act.

Platform comparison

WooCommerce: Insytix plugin, automatic orders, no webhook. Konimbo: tf.js + Webhook recommended, leading Israeli platform. E-Shop: paste code + eShop type. Wix Store: Custom Code or Wix connect. All provide orders, carts, revenue, and UTM — choose the guide for your platform.

  • WooCommerce — Insytix plugin
  • Konimbo — tf.js + Webhook
  • E-Shop — code + eShop type
  • Wix Store — Custom Code / connect

Verify commerce tracking

Place a test order (fake payment / COD). Order should appear in Orders tab within seconds. Add product to cart and leave — check abandoned cart. Verify UTM source appears if you arrived with ?utm_source=test. If only visitors — check site type.

Key commerce metrics

Average order value (AOV): total revenue divided by order count — important metric for Israeli stores wanting to increase basket size. Conversion rate: percentage of visitors who became buyers — compare across periods and campaigns. Cart abandonment rate: abandoned carts divided by (carts + orders) — if high, check shipping, payment, and trust. Revenue by source: which channel brings the most shekels — not just most visitors. Insytix displays all of these in Hebrew in the dashboard.

Integration with leads

An online store isn't just orders — customers ask before buying. Insytix tracks leads (forms, phone, WhatsApp) and orders in parallel. See if a customer called before buying, or submitted a form about an out-of-stock product. Helps customer service and repeat sales. Enable push for both leads and orders — full coverage.

Strategies to improve sales

Use Insytix data for action: abandoned carts over ₪300 — send SMS or WhatsApp. Campaign with many visitors but zero orders — check landing page and pricing. Popular product in abandoned carts — consider a promotion. Leads from Google Ads but not Facebook — shift budget. Insytix provides real-time data; action is yours. Israeli stores responding quickly to abandoned carts report 10–20% conversion lift.

Frequently asked questions

See products in order? Yes, names and quantities. Works with all Israeli payment methods? Yes, as long as order is recorded on platform. GA replaces this? No — Insytix is faster and built for Israeli businesses. Shopify? Coming soon; currently WooCommerce, Konimbo, E-Shop, Wix. See net profit? Order amount — not product cost. Filter orders by UTM? Yes.

Seasonal campaigns in Israel

Israeli stores experience strong seasons: Passover, Sukkot, Black Friday, Independence Day, back to school. Use unique utm_campaign per promotion (passover_2026, black_friday_2026) and in Insytix dashboard compare revenue across seasons. See if Passover sale beat Sukkot. Combine push — order at night during sale? Know instantly. Abandoned carts during sale — chance to send coupon before promotion ends.

Summary

Commerce tracking in Insytix: orders, carts, revenue, and traffic sources — in real time, in Hebrew, in shekels. Install tracking, set store type, connect Konimbo Webhook, enable push. Use data to improve campaigns and win back cart abandoners.
